This machine is made up of clamping mechanism, feed slide plate, reducer and rolling head, cooling system and electrical system. It's mainly used for processing ribbed rebar threaded sectors in building project.
The main point of this machine is big motor power (4.5-5.5KW), heavy weight (450KG), with big clamp, is suitable for big diameter rebar(φ32mm or more) and high strength operation.
It can make up thread with helix angle and long thread, usually for rebar cage and bridge special using coupler application

Automatic rib stripping and thread rolling machine (the second generation) is the newest style, the ratio of transmission is 1:21, with fast speed and low noise, the speed of gearbox is 20% higher than traditional.
While handling the same size rebar, such as left-handed and right-handed type, no need to replace any fittings, but it can get thread shaped automatically.
The head adopts heat-forging processing, with high hardness.
The clamp adopts a circular guide, longer and thicker, it can hold the rebar more stable and firmly, work out the most suitable thread size, reduce rework, so as to get the best effect.
The center height for second generation machine is lower, the wheels are thicker and wider, the touchdown area is bigger, so it's more safe and convenient when hoisting and operating in the project scene.
This machine was exclusively designed to use double rail and double rack way, it can make thread-making easier and reduce workload.
The machine circuit design is very reasonable, you can make left-handed and right-handed thread automatically, only through the circuit switch, no need to operate button, so you can improve the efficiency greatly.
