Description of road marking machine
Thermoplastic road marking machine develops along with the hot melt paints, and that is a kind of high automatization machine. This set of machine was made of hot melt kettle, marking machine, pre-marking machine, coating machine. The machine is under some certain pressure sprading melted painting on the surface, namely parking, channel line, oriented arrow, yellow line areas etc.





Feature of  road marking machine

Plunger pump:This structure adopted whole oil invasive type lubrication way, hydraulic power assisted method, reducing wear, and the life usage can reach up to more than 40,000 hours.
Gasket:Produced by American imported raw materials, wear resistant, and that can be used all the year, resistance to acid and alkali, fatigue resistance, very easy to be changed.
Absorption net:Vertical structure made the absorption pipe easy to be cleaned, and single one can operate freely. Stainless steel processing corrosion resistant, the inner wall will not fall off.
Valve:Input valve and the output valve adopted porcelain bead, and that was very wear resistant. That will be longer life usage than the common steel ball, and will not fracture surface.
Carframe:Adopting vertical structure made the compact structure, carframe can be detachable, and the whole machine very easy to be taken care of.
