Part1:Rack
Adopt to more stable and strong machine frame to make full production line works smooth.
Part2:Stainless steel cylinder mode
It consists of headbox, breast roll, forming net, suction box and couch roll. The headbox distributor evenly sprays
the pulp sent from the flow system to the forming wire, and the pulp speed should match the wire speed.
Part3:Dryer
Several drying cylinders are driven by gears or driven by felt into a group, and several groups of drying cylinders
constitute a drying section. The linear speed of each group of drying cylinders can be adjusted separately to
maintain a slight speed difference between each group of drying cylinders to compensate for the shrinkage of
the paper sheet during the drying process.
Part4:Roller
Treated with multiple processes to achieve good surface quality. Most papers are calendered by a mechanical
calender after the paper machine to make the paper flat and consistent. The mechanical calender is made of
several chilled cast iron rolls, and the paper surface is flattened by the weight of each roll or another pressure.
