Reverse circulation multifunctional drilling rig is a new efficient, environmentally friendly, and multifunctional tracked drilling rig.lt adopts the latest RC drilling and mining technology from abroad, and drilling dust can be effectively collected through dust collectors, avoiding environmental pollution. lt can also be collected and discharged through a cyclone separator, which can be used for sampling and analysis work in geological exploration departments.lt is the preferred equipment for geological exploration drilling and other deep holes.
  This drilling rig can use compressed air reverse circulation down-hole drilling on various formations. The lifting of the drilling rig frame, compensation of the drilling frame/multi angle drilling unloading of the drill pipe rotation and feeding,support legs ,hoisting,walking and other movements are all achieved by the hydraulic system, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality.

Drill Rod and Drill Bit: Thick-walled, high-strength drill rod paired with a special reverse circulation drill bit ensures smooth slag discharge and is wear-resistant and durable.

Winding System: Main and auxiliary winches are used for lifting the drill, lowering the reinforcing cage, and hole cleaning operations.

Support and Traveling Mechanism: Hydraulic outriggers ensure machine stability; optional tracked/vehicle-mounted/walking type for flexible movement and easy relocation.

Control System: Centralized control panel for simple operation; adjustable drilling pressure, speed, and mud flow.

Mud Circulation System: Dedicated reverse circulation piping, faucets, and sealing components ensure continuous reverse circulation drilling.
