(1) Beating system

Waste paper such as old newspapers, magazines, cartons, etc., is blended into a certain concentration of slurry through shredding, screening, adding dyes, etc. for molding. The main equipments are: hydraulic pulper, agitator, slurry pump, water pump, control cabinet, etc.

According to different requirements for finished products, thick pulp and fine pulp equipment can be appropriately selected, such as vibrating screens, refiners, etc.

(2) Forming system

The slurry is evenly attached to the special forming mold by vacuum to form a wet product, and then transferred to the drying system or natural drying.

(3) Drying system
After pulping and molding, pulp products generally contain relatively high moisture, which needs to be dried to remove the moisture in the product.
Brick kiln drying: The brick kiln drying line has the characteristics of novel structure, reasonable design, low one-time investment, high thermal efficiency, long service life, easy maintenance and convenient use. And it can be designed to use natural gas, coal gas, anthracite, low-smoke firewood coal, diesel gasoline, biomass particles, firewood, bark, bamboo waste, etc. as fuel according to the user's local fuel conditions.
Metal drying: The drying production line uses natural gas, diesel, gasoline, biomass particles or steam (heat transfer oil) as the heat source, heats the air, and dries the molded pulp molded products in hot air (180~220°C) , using the fan to extract the evaporated water from the product to achieve the effect of rapid drying. Metal drying lines include single-layer drying lines and multi-layer drying lines; if the equipment is equipped with single-layer drying lines, the floor space will be large, and the workshop length should not be less than 70 meters; if the equipment is equipped with multi-layer drying lines, the floor area Small, workshop length ≤ 40 meters, workshop height ≥ 4.5 meters, small size, can effectively save heat inside the drying line. Compared with multi-layer steel structure drying egg tray equipment, single-layer steel structure drying egg tray equipment occupies a larger area, and the cost is not cheaper than multi-layer steel structure drying.
