Product Description

Sandblasting Machine with turntable and cart suits for operating heavy and large products, like alloy wheels, mold, statue, motor, etc, which significantly increases the working efficiency. Operators could easily rotate the turntable to process the parts with ease, as cart outside the cabinet is for easy loading and unloading.

An independent cartridge filter dust collector with motor, effectively removes dust from the working chamber,
in order to recycle pure abrasives, and ensure only clean air is discharged to the atmosphere, features environmentally friendly.

Our sandblast cabinet is made of 3mm thick steel plate with powder-coated surface, ensure durability and long lifespan, The size and design can be customized as required.

1.Safe & Flexible Manual Blasting 

Select manual mode on the control panel, step on the foot switch, the blasting gun start working, release the foot switch, the blast gun stop work.

2.Intelligent & Less-effort Automatic Blasting 

Select automatic mode on the control panel, step the foot switch one time to start the operation, and begin the countdown according the time you set. The blasting machine will automatically stop if time is up. Or you can step on the foot switch once again to stop the sandblasting immediately. 

When selecting automatic mode, you can adjust the sandblasting time on the smart panel, and the time is calculated in seconds

3. The blasting machine has intelligent functions to meet easy or complex blasting demands:

Equipment with three blast guns, all can be set automatic or manual working 

Each blast gun can be set automatic swing with speed adjustable, or close this function

The round disc can be set automatic rotating with speed adjustable, or close this function
